1. Child Safety & CSAE Prohibition

Swootte LTD has a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that endangers children. Even though Blindly is an 18+ app, we strictly prohibit the use of our services for the creation, distribution, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We use automated and manual tools to identify such content and will report any violations to relevant law enforcement (e.g., NCMEC).

2. Information We Collect

Account Data: We collect your phone number or email for authentication.
Profile Information: Name, age (Must be 18+), gender, interests, religion, and height.
Voice Data: As a voice-first app, we collect and store the voice recordings you create for your profile and messages.
Location Data: With your consent, Swootte LTD collects your precise geographic location to suggest nearby matches.
Photos: Photos are stored securely and remain hidden from other users until the "Mutual Reveal" criteria (3 days post-match) are met.

3. How We Use Your Data

Swootte LTD uses your data to provide the core dating service, including:

Matching you with users based on proximity and preferences.
Processing voice notes and delivering messages.
Ensuring platform safety via reporting and moderation tools.
Managing your premium subscriptions.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with:

Other Users: Your voice intro and profile details (excluding photos) are shared with potential matches.
Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for hosting, database, and authentication.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time within the app settings. Swootte LTD ensures that upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
