1. Child Safety & CSAE Prohibition

Swootte LTD has a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that endangers children. Zounds is an 18+ app. We prohibit CSAM/CSAE and report violations to relevant authorities.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: Phone number or email for authentication.
• Profile information: Name, age (18+), gender, interests, and preferences.
• Voice data: Voice recordings for your profile and messages.
• Location: With consent, precise location to suggest nearby matches.
• Photos: Stored securely; hidden until the mutual 3-day reveal criteria are met.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Matching you with users based on proximity and preferences.
• Processing voice notes and delivering messages.
• Platform safety via reporting and moderation.
• Managing premium subscriptions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with other users (profile details excluding unrevealed photos) and service providers such as Google Firebase.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data while your account is active. You may delete your account in Settings. Data is removed within 30 days after the grace period unless legally required to retain it. See account deletion.
