Important: Zounds is provided by Swootte LTD. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content and harassment.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and community standards.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You warrant that you meet this requirement and are not prohibited from using dating services in your jurisdiction.
3. Community Rules
- Zero tolerance for CSAM/CSAE — violations are reported and accounts terminated.
- No harassment, scams, hate speech, or illegal content.
- No sharing external links or social handles before the 3-day reveal period.
4. Subscriptions
Premium features are billed via the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zounds is provided "as is". Swootte LTD is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.
