Delete account & data

Full control over your personal information

1. Full account deletion

Your profile is hidden immediately. Data is kept for a 30-day grace period so you can recover your account. After 30 days, everything is permanently deleted.

In the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account

2. Partial data deletion

Email support@blindly.app with subject "Data Deletion Request", your registered phone or email, and which data to remove.

3. Data retention

We may retain limited information if required by law or for fraud prevention after the grace period ends.
